Thank you for choosing Kynex Robotics. We strive to deliver exceptional robotics solutions and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for deposits, consulting services, and hardware or software purchases.
1. Deposits (Non-Refundable)
All deposits made to Kynex Robotics are non-refundable.
However, Kynex Robotics reserves the right—at our sole discretion—to refund part or all of a deposit depending on the circumstances. Any discretionary refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Consulting Services – Deposits and Pre-Payment
Deposits and pre-payments made specifically for consulting services may be refunded only if a cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
If the cancellation meets the 48-hour notification requirement:

A refund will be issued

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consulting service are not eligible for a refund.

Payments related to:

Any bundled or integrated robotics solutions
are governed strictly by the terms and conditions of the individual contract or agreement associated with the purchase or service.
Please review your contract for detailed refund, cancellation, and warranty terms.
4. Processing of Refunds
If you qualify for a refund under this policy:

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment processor
